A new technique for manufacturing decorative glass panels by fusing recycled bottles and flasks. This innovation makes it possible to produce very large panels with various textures. These glass plates and blocks are made by melting recycled bottles. Normally, glass breaks and dissociates during the melting process if the raw components are different types of glass, however thanks to our proprietary special treatment of recycled glass, we have succeeded in creating a stable product. This glass product does not contain any environmentally harmful heavy metals, nor any chemical that could contaminate water. We are able to offer a very wide range of colour shades, we can vary the tones, as well as the thickness, according to the customer's requirements in order to meet their needs. From melting to annealing, we control the temperature to keep it constant and to produce a safe and stable glass which is not damaged by thermal stress or heat cracking.
