HEAVY ROLL

Heavy Roll concrete in 3D design is a 100% handmade product in Germany in the style of the board formwork, known from the architectural style of Brutalism. The aim is to reproduce surfaces as naturally as possible, so we work with 100 different shapes in 2 widths 100 mm and 200 mm board width on a roll size of 3.000 x 1.000 mm. The layer thickness varies from 2 mm to 4 mm depending on the shape. The base material consists of rock flour and is bound in a glass fibre fabric for maximum stability and flexibility. Heavy Roll Rust is a naturally oxidised surface. With Heavy Roll Pompei we imitate a charred surface. Heavy Roll can also be used to create custom designs.
