NEW ACOUSTIC FLOORING –Keeping a quiet atmosphere in frequently used places The new Bolon acoustic flooring is now available in rolls and tiles for all the Bolon and Designers collections (Bolon By Jean Nouvel Design, Missoni Home and Patricia Urquiola). This sound insulation is made up of five layers (5 mm), the last of which, made of felt, reduces sound transmission to 21-22 dB. Absorbsing 15% of sound energy, in other words sounds transmitted through the air, this acoustic flooring is ideal for hotel rooms, busy reception areas and offices, libraries or any high traffic area. Showing outstanding Bolon performance and made of recycled materials, this unique flooring respects the environmental requirements of the Swedish brand. BOLON flooring: 98% Vinyl, 1% Polyester, 1% Fiberglass. Sound insulation underlay: 90% Recycled polyester fibers from PET bottles.
